You may return any item purchased from Bariatric Fuel for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. For online and catalog orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment and merchandise credit for opened items. You may mail the product and receipt to:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period.
